EMDR
EMDR or Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing is used as a component of treatment for many disorders, some of which are anxiety, depression, panic attacks, and trauma. Research has shown that EMDR is rapid and effective. EMDR is non-invasive and doesn’t involve drugs so it is safe for most patients. Many patients who were making slow progress with other therapies have responded well to EMDR for stress, stage fright, recovery from sexual abuse and other trauma. Talk with Dr. Silke about EMDR to see if it is right for you.
