It's very easy to be critical and judgmental. In traffic you may criticize other drivers for making stupid mistakes and risking accidents. People close to you often "don't get it" even after you explained things several times. At times you may be critical with yourself for repeatedly doing things wrong. Are you aware of what triggers your critical attitude? Becoming aware helps greatly to shift to more acceptance and gentleness with yourself and others. Nobody is perfect and acceptance of this human condition creates more inner peace.
