When you are stressed and calm your body by slowing down your breath (breathe 3 seconds in, 4 seconds out) ask yourself if there is anything you can do to ease your stress. Suggestions are: Giving yourself more time to go to places, schedule time for yourself to relax, practice gratefulness for the good situations in your life, and
maybe talk to a close friend about options and choices.
