Aloha from Dr. Silke!

Understanding Anger

You may get angry when your expectations are not met. Failed expectations may include: being disrespected, treated unfairly, ignored, lied to, and manipulated. Knowing your anger triggers is an important step in being able to manage your anger appropriately. Do you know what triggers your anger?

Thank you.
